The configurator helps you explore design, stone, dimensions, sink layout, tap holes, finish and mounting options. Any specifications, block selection, production schedule and cancellation terms must be confirmed in writing if a project proceeds. Applicable statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Prices shown on the website and in the configurator are provisional planning estimates only. The cart and checkout are previews; the website does not currently accept online orders or payments. Final pricing, VAT treatment, shipping costs, production and payment terms must be confirmed in a written quotation before an order is agreed.
Production and delivery estimates, packaging, transport insurance, delivery arrangements and the process for reporting transport damage will be confirmed in the written quotation or order confirmation. Do not treat the website’s estimates as a guaranteed delivery commitment.
Travertine and marble are natural materials. Veining, colour, pores and small fossil inclusions vary from block to block and from the photographs on our website. Such variation is a property of the product, not a defect. The block photographs you approve before cutting are representative of your basin.
You are entitled to a product that conforms to the agreement (legal warranty under Dutch consumer law). Finishes, sealing, care instructions, installation requirements and any product-specific exclusions will be set out in the product information or written agreement. Statutory rights relating to product conformity are not excluded.
Nothing in these website terms excludes or limits any liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Applicable law and dispute arrangements for a future sales agreement will be stated in that agreement, subject to mandatory consumer protections.
