When you submit an inquiry, we receive the details you provide, such as your name, email address, customer type, basin configuration and message. When you apply for a trade account, we may also receive your company name, contact person, business email, phone number, country, company website, company registration number, VAT number, business type and project details. Do not include sensitive information in either form. This site does not currently accept online orders or payments. We do not use advertising or analytics tracking cookies.
We use inquiry and trade-application details to respond to you, evaluate a potential business relationship, discuss your project and prepare a quotation where appropriate. Trade applications are reviewed manually; submitting an application does not create an account or grant access to dealer pricing. If a separate agreement is later made, information may also be used to perform that agreement and meet applicable legal obligations.
Our website and inquiry forms are hosted by Netlify; form submissions are stored in the site owner’s Netlify account. Authorized people working on PLÜK stone may review submissions to handle inquiries and trade applications. Netlify processes form data as part of providing its hosting and form service, under its applicable service and privacy terms. The site does not currently process online payments or send orders to shipping partners. We do not sell your personal data or share it for third-party marketing.
We retain inquiry and trade-application information only for as long as reasonably needed to respond, review the application, follow up on a project and meet applicable legal obligations. We will review retention periods if additional account, ordering or payment functions are introduced.
Under the GDPR (AVG) you may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, object to processing, and request data portability. Email okan@plukstone.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
